"try 320X240 format" NO, 640x360 is optimal anything less is awful. "Error true" only comes up if you upload at a certain time of the day when the whole site is timed out. Usually around 8-9 PM CET.

The limit I've found for videos is 50mb and try 320X240 format. That should solve your problems.
