A prolonged dream sequence where the naked protagonist (Duane) runs down a street prior to him stealing into a room and he is seen touching his love interest's bare breast while the latter is sound asleep. The scene cuts back to reality where the deformed twin (Belial) is seen touching the woman. When she jolts from her sleep, he tries to silence her scream and rapes her. There is a wide shot where the twin is seen thrusting the woman, while blood is seen on her lower body.
