there should be an option create to download videos,a download button,easy to see and to use and choosing the format you want to download it as,wmv,avi,mp4 etc....
In Opera: Go to Source. Search for "video_dev_local" Add the resulting address like this: "ancensored.com/video_dev_local.php?file=..." Put into a new tab and voila, you get a download confirmation. I can't promise that EVERY video has it, cause I never checked much, but that's at least the general routine you should use.
You can install the Chrome and Firefox extension "FVD Downloader" (Google that) to download videos from this and any other website.
