The first two pictures almost certainly feature a body double - just look at the breast size on pictures where he face can also be seen...
I think it is possibly a body double, too, but for a different reason: the moles on her right arm do not match the scene when she gets oiled on her belly. Besides, the first two pictures are from an unused cutscene in the bonus videos, which cannot be found in the final cut.
