Director Bertrand Blier said that Patrick Dewaere was very respectful with Ariel Besse during filming. "Occasionally, there were scenes that are relatively short in the film, but actually took a day or two to shoot; and poor Patrick was in bed with a naked young girl, wonderfully cute, who was rolling over him, as young people do, with all the impunity they feel strong about... she was rolling, cuddling.. So he, from time to time, he looked at me, he shot me SOS with his eyes, saying to me: 'Can I go... a bit outside?' And I gave him a little permission for a quarter of an hour, so that he could decompress" recalled Bertrand Blier, facetiously. (trivia IMDb)
Ariel Besse was only 15 when she made this film and performed the nude scenes. It was her first role. Her parents sued the distributors for the poster, which shows her breasts, as it was exhibited on billboards around France without their permission. They lost the case.
