That's not Brooke. All her topless or nude scenes in The Blue Lagoon were the work of a body double.

Nope. She refused to do nude scenes after Pretty Baby because she was self-conscious about her body after she started developing. That's why you never see her face and body in the same shot.
The body double is Kathy Troutt.
