She was actually 17 years old at the time of these nude scenes. According to wikipedia, the movie was shot in 2002 (including nude scenes), and her birthday is all the way until December. Unless they somehow filmed all of it in less than a month, she was underage. Even thou it was shot in 2002, the didnt release it until 2009.
