This film features a couple of prolific 1980s/ ‘90s porn stars, Madison Stone and Stacey Nix (AKA Barbara Dare), with Madison really tractoring up the scenery, B-movie mainstay Dick Miller (who has a glayt scene where he watches an old film of his own), Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In alum Arte Johnson as a genuinely creepy neighbor, a truly shitty animated werewolf designed by Fangoria / Deep Red / etc. film critic, the late Chas Balun, special FX by future trash master Joe Castro and finally, pre-Kill Bill resurrection, down on his luck, David Carradine, who has the darkly ironic misfortune of hanging himself. The plot: Girls go to a house to clean it up, find a Necronomicon stand-in, release a cartoon werewolf who possesses Madison who then rips off the other girls nighties exposing their breasts until Mr Slow Fu shows up and saves the day, the end!
Pretty much the perfect movie. You get about everything you want: terrible acting, very little bit of cartoon action and topless chicks a plenty...
You could kinda argue that it’s definitely more of a sex comedy film than a horror film. Some moronic yet lingerie-clad females cleaning an old gaff for the weekend find the Necronomicon and bring to life what looks like the tazmanian devil. The cartoon drools as the girls strip and well it ends up being less than friendly. It's a silly predictable cliche movie with bad acting, loads of titties and a silly devil but somehow it's pretty entertaining. The level of inept filmmaking is what makes this so funny but it's not like you expected an Oscar winning film...
