Hailing from the fruited plains and bountiful beauty of Vancouver, British Columbia, Rachel Roberts recently played a minxy digital mirage--the sexy cyber siren in the Al Pacino vehicle S1mone (2002). Undoubtedly though, Canadians had a place in their hearts for her long before she got all cyber-jiggy with Al. This rising starlet got her start modeling for Canada Magazine and was soon gracing the pages of Elle, Marie Claire, Glamour, and Vogue magazines before making her way into film. One could only hope that Rachel would show off some computer-generated cyber skin as the title character in S1mone, but no domo origato--Ms. Roboto never deigned to do us the deed of disrobing.
