Any man who has ever been out of work for a few months at a time and has fallen into the habit of spending the spare hours in front of the TV as the daytime dramas play out their plotlines of adultery, betrayal, and more adultery has been shocked to find his mind veering sharply gutterward as the day progresses. Much of the blame for this bawdy bent of thought can be laid upon full-lipped, jutting-jaw Latina spitfire Lois Robbins. The pleasure-packed curves of voluptuous Lois have signified and justified, posed and pouted, schemed and dreamed as a regular libidinal attraction on what seems like every soap in the world, including Another Life, Loving, Ryan's Hope, All My Children, and One Life to Live. The irony of it is that with all those suds rising up around Lois's body of work, the tube may never feel clean again.
