She had the bizarre beauty of a Breakfast Club member, but Kathleen Wilhoite was destined to be a neglected icon of ’80s cinema. She didn’t lack for exposure, though. After debuting amongst the dames of Private School (1983), Kathleen had seven film and TV appearances in 1986 alone--including a cute turn as a doomed psychic in Witchboard (1986) and a supposedly star-making role as Charles Bronson’s sidekick in Murphy’s Law (1986). The latter even gave us a rare look at a scantily clad Kathleen. Despite never becoming a star, Kathleen matured into one of Hollywood’s favorite character actresses. She even gave one of the few respected performances on the notoriously awful TV series Cop Rock. Kathleen’s also brought her strange sex appeal to plenty of clad performances, including memorable turns in Brenda Starr (1989), Tales of Erotica (1996), Breast Men (1997)--and a luscious lesbian kiss with Neve Campbell in Drowning Mona (2000)!
