Yep, I’ve heard about that as well since James A. Janisse from the Dead Meat YouTube channel mentioned about her being underage at the time when this film came out. Even though was at that age where she’s legal enough to have intercourse, she was still underage (under 18 at the time).
This was shot in 1980 in Connecticut. The leaves are green. Her birth date is October 23, 1963. So she was definitely still 16 cause the leaves would be in their fall colors by Oct. 23. She did do a brief topless scene. If you watch the scene on the blu-ray, as she takes her blue shirt off, her body on the far left edge of the frame magically disappears (blurred out). The scene could have stayed if she had parental permission.
She couldn't have been 16 if she was born in 1963 and Friday The 13th came out in 81. She would've been 18 or 19 depending on when filming ended. Imdb even says she was born in 63.
