Anyone who thinks that is not a body double in Salem Rogers is seriously gullible. The twitter comment wasn't made in response to a dispute about a body double. But even if it wasn't and she swore on a stack of bibles that it was really her, it would still be a body double. Just look at the video. Every time you are about to see her face (right at the exact frame) it cuts to another shot in which her face, and only face, is visible. That is something that only happens with body doubles or stunt doubles. There is no other reason for that editting. Educate yourselves on the very simple process of body double spotting.
I agree, if there wasn't a body double, why hide her face? That is the only reason they hide their face is to edit in a double.

Look at the first pic her face and bare ass in the same frame, is it still a body double?
If you go to the video, at about 1:08, you can see that the only time you see the side of her face, it stays at that side shot. Then when it cuts away you can see full nudity but now the face is gone.
