All under-age nudity on movie screen that was legal (and often) in 70-es and 80-es were ilegal by today's standards. Because of that are all Brokke Shields', Eva Ionesco, Marketa Hrubesova, or bunch other european kids actors and actresses who performed nude scenes ilegal to share. Most of them wasn't sex scenes, just bathing or skinny diping but it's ilegal so admins removed them from this (and various others). I saw few scenes survived because it automaticly show that celeb had 18 even if it's not the true (as with Brooke's in Blue Lagoon) but as it's confirmed that those scenes shoted body doubles those scenes survived and Pretty Baby don't. Personally, I'm OK with it, it was a child porn, not asexual scene...
