You have inadvertently confused two different performers. The first one from the 70s films is called Tina Spathi (Not Katerina) and -so far as we know - was in softcore films only ,albeit sometimes mixed with hardcore inserts in certain versions of said films as was the practice then. The second one from the 80s films used the name Katerina Spathi and was a hardcore performer. The similar sounding pseudonym (?) was probably chosen by the film makers to attract more attention from the local audiences. Furthermore the two of them don't even look alike at all.
