Did you add several celebs and movies to your favorites? If yes, you will get that kind of error. The best thing to do is to remove some celebs and movies that you are not interested anymore, or sign up an extra account and add the movies and celebs that you removed from your main account. It takes time though. I hope you get what I'm saying
It worked, thanks!! Another way of stating it, at the top of the page next to favorites is a star and movie icon. When you click on either icons a short list shows of what is in your favorites. Click on the the movie or celebrity to go to page to remove from favorites. It doesn't get you to your favorites folder but it shows you a short list what is IN your favorites allowing you to remove them, one by one. Evidently there is a limit to the amount of favorites you can have before it shows you that error. It worked for me, thanks again heezoyam!
