Can people please make sure that if they are going to add an actress to the site that they check to see if the actress has already been added as I have found a duplicate page for an actress called Kaitlyn Leeb so whoever added the one with only one movie appearance being Total Recall should not have added it.

I've noticed that too. Your suggestion is good but it would help if the site were a bit better at spotting duplicates. You can never really expect or count on end-user diligence.
