Move/rearrange option when editing

Hello. Has anyone gotten the move/rearrange feature to work while editing? Not sure if I need a specific browser or something

No. It has never worked, and if you upload multiple pics or clips and want to delete one you have to remove all and re-upload which is annoying as fuck.

There is no move rearrange feature that I can see of.
