Why the fuck do some of you guys keep adding movies and TV shows but don't provide any actual content? It's really annoying coming here and clicking on the movie and there's no content today nor a week from now.

Ummmm, but this site exists for a reason. To show nude or at least very sexy scenes from movies, TV, theatre play, paparazzo etc. I don't see a point in adding not-sexy content to it. Some one need to pay for hosting of terabites and terabites of servers to keep this page online, don't forget that...
It's to keep track of which actress was in what film/ show, even when there aren't any good scenes with her.

What about users who see there is an empty appearance for a celebrity and would like to add to it, go on to get the movie, watch/click through it and there's nothing to add? That's an hour of wasted time. These are meant to be nude or at very least sexy appearances only not ALL appearances.
Maybe you could add some non-sexy pictures from the movie, so other users don't have to watch the movie.
