Isn't it about time to kill flash video?

Flash videos are pretty much dead. Adobe abandoned Flash development on mobile platforms a long time ago.

Flash usage stats are decreasing on PCs too.

Sooner or later, Ancensored will have to abandon Flash. We know converting all videos is a tedious, time-consuming and cpu intensive task, but the sooner you start the sooner you'll end.

Thanks.

@dandycool, You're kidding, right? Flash is already dead. It doesn't work on Apple iOS, it doesn't work on newer Android versions. By today standards it's an outdated software that has been plagued by problems over the years, ranging from poor performance to massive, recurring security holes. It wasn't only Steve Jobs who vetoed Flash, Google and other companies have made decisions to kill this propietary software, left over from the era of closed standards and unilateral corporate control of web technology. Websites that rely on Flash present a completely inconsistent (and often unusable) experience for fast-growing percentage of the users who don't use a desktop browser. It introduces some scary security and privacy issues by way of Flash cookies. Adobe has already neutered the platform by publicly killing Flash on mobile devices. That says a lot.

LoL I don't know what your agenda is, but I seriously Flash is far from being dead anytime soon. If you are trying to start some kind of anti- flash viral propaganda then its super lame and didn't even get a start let alone take off.
