nope... this video in better quality (bitrate) and a bit longer... in such cases moderator compares all uploads. really.
These captures tell a different story though. Bit rates are vague, especially when the original uploader is zorg (the original creator of the shabbyman upload) who manipluates with bitrates to reach certain file size to get more cents from downloads.
