Lovely Rita Lengyel is no meter maid, but Mr. Skin has a deposit he’d like to slip into her slot. The German brunette with the full lips has been punching out tickets since appearing in the made-for-TV thriller Blut an der Wiege (1994), but it’s the TV movie Tatort - Brüder (1997) that really starts our engine. In it, Rita’s headlights are on bright and they’re so big as to be almost blinding. But you’ll want to see them anyway.
