Phoebe Legere claims to have descended from passengers on the Mayflower. That's another thing we can thank the Pilgrims for, bringing the genes that generations later developed into this blonde bombshell. A denizen of New York's Lower East Side and its music/performance art crucible, Phoebe has a four-octave range, so pity her neighbors in those thin-walled tenements when she's having a screaming orgasm.
