Sylvia Kristel wasn't getting any younger, so the Emmanuelle producers gave her a complete makeover in Emmanuelle 4 (1984). Her character went through extensive cosmetic surgery, and the wrappings were removed to reveal the much younger Mia Nygren. This stunning starlet then made sure that all of her new parts were working. Mia quickly indulged in plenty of sex and nudity with partners of both genders. It was an impressive debut, but the wild gal's only other skinema contribution was Plaza Real (1988)--and then it was see ya, Mia. Maybe she just went back to looking like Sylvia Kristel.
