Stage-struck from the age of fourteen, angelic, black, British, and unflaggingly ambitious Marsha Thomason has pursued her passion for dramatics to a lucrative and acclaimed career on both sides of the Atlantic. While seizing the screen in American productions as diverse as the NBC drama Las Vegas, the cult hit Lost, and the Eddie Murphy funhouse fest The Haunted Mansion (2003), Marsha has simultaneously waxed mesmeric on such rarefied UK fare as the BBC’s Burn It and Table 12, while also polishing the boards of London’s West End stages. Marsha’s roles range from teenage hookers to single mothers to nurses to cops to wives to fantasy princesses. Her fantasy-inspiring physical presence is displayed to most prurience in the English entertainments Brazen Hussies (1996) and Love in the 21st Century (1999).
