Then Katie got recurring roles on The Bill and Green Wing. Of her performance in the latter, one fan raved, “Does anyone else think Katie Lyons (Naughty Rachel) has lovely big boobs? I can't take my eyes off them when she's in a scene in Green Wing; they look fantastic, no matter what she wears.” That fan got a chance to see those boobs wearing nothing when Katie went topless in Boy A (2007).
