As both a performer and writer, Doon Mackichan is one of the UK’s brightest new comic talents. Fortunately, her abilities include some seriously sexy roles. She’s undeniably hot when dolled up in butch leather garb for a 1994 appearance on England’s cult comedy favorite Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge. Her 1995 series Glam Metal Detectives also landed her in plenty of arresting outfits. Americans even got turned on to Doon when her 1999 series Smack the Pony showed up on Comedy Central--but you won’t be laughing when Doon starts some serious same-sex snogging. Sure, we know it’s supposed to be funny that she’s playing a supposedly straight actress who’s protesting too much over a lesbian love scene. Somehow, though, it just seems really, really erotic.
