Much of America's insomniac population owes the shreds of its remaining sanity to the comforting bumbling presence of Rhonda as the reassuringly halfway competent hostess of USA Up all Night, an early-morning marathon of cheesy cheap flicks shown in their most condensed and censored form. If USA Up had shown pictures in their entirety, the silly but skintillating Shear might have been in the unique position of introducing a film that starred her own friendly boobies and butt, such as Basic Training (1985) with its basic girl-on-top pony ride.
