Nisha started her career out in 1993 with a bit part in Bhaji on the Beach, but later that same year, she landed her breakthrough performance in the British mini-series The Buddha of Suburbia, which not only served to make her a semi-star on The Isles, but also served up a healthy handful of those all-over-tanned breastages. Sadly, Nisha has been a bit on the Skingy side since, but she has surprisingly stayed away from any major ethnic stereotyping in her career, appearing in such films as True Love, Different for Girls, The Sixth Happiness, and A Loving Act.
