Best known as Pepper Steiger on the award-winning Australian drama series Neighbours from 2006 to 2007, Nicky Whelan decided to come to the U.S. and make a name for herself with roles in the Rob Zombie fright flick Halloween II (2009) and on episodes of Melrose Place and Scrubs, where she wore a skimpy bikini in a sexy, soapy car-wash sequence.
