Marriage can be good for a woman, especially if her husband has the means and desire to show off his wife's physical allures. Such was the happy scenario when waifish Nancy Allen caught the fancy of often skinteresting director Brian De Palma. Nancy showed her sprightly pair and the dark-haired delta below when she stood front and center in the crowded all-girl shower scene of De Palma's Carrie (1976). Director and starlet were soon married. After the wedding, De Palma threw his bride a shower in Dressed to Kill (1980), a splashy soiree that wet down the little lady's buoyant buns and baubles. Nancy flashed nip for the old man one more time, in Blow Out (1981), before the two divorced. There is a sweet sighting of Nancy as the menaced, middle-aged mistress filling out black lace and lingerie in Out of Sight (1998).
