An army brat brought up around the country, Joelle Carter deserves a one-gun salute in your pants, even if she’s yet to really deserve the arousing attention. Sadly Joelle, that sweet young blonde thing, has yet to cross over to the skin side. She began her professional career modeling as both an Elite and Wilhelmina contract player.
