Deborra-Lee has showcased her talents on TV shows like The Flying Doctors, Falcon Crest, and Correlli, where she co-starred with her future husband. In 1991 she appeared in the drama Waiting, where she went topless and garnered a Silver Seashell award for Best Actress at the San Sebastian International Film Festival.
