Dainty Dominican Dania Ramirez got her first acting gig in a soda commercial at age 15 after a modeling scout discovered her in a convenience store. Since then she has studied at the Actor's Workshop in New York City and graduated from Montclair State University. Dania has had recurring roles on the TV shows The Sopranos, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Heroes and Entourage and appeared in movies like She Hate Me (2004), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), and Quarantine (2008). So far Ms. Ramirez has kept her mam-iras hidden on camera, but hopefully her recent nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Television Series at the 2008 ALMA awards will give her the confidence to show some skin.
