Anna launched her career in Polish Skinema way back in 1962 with a supporting part in Slanceto i syankata, which we think may be Polish for “Movie that May Never Be Shown in America.” Regardless, Anna made quite the career for herself, commanding leading parts in such classic Polish flicks as Smarkula (Which, in spite of the title’s distinct resemblance to a smart-assed vampire actually translates into “Teenager…”), Przygoda noworoczna and Przekladaniac before finally taking on a role in an English-language film (whose title doesn’t have so many Ps, Zs, or Rs…) in 1974’s Sweet Movie. It took an Italian director, though, to finally get Anna to flash some flesh for Mr. Camera. In 1980, none other than Federico Fellini cast Anna as one of the many babes in his lavish La Città delle donne. Luckily, Anna bared her breasts for her only Skin Scenes captured on film and none too late, at that! She was already into her 40s when the film was made, so it looks like we made it in under the wire, so to speak…
