Amara Karan was born to Sri Lankan parents who moved to England from Zambia. She was raised in Britain and loved acting but studied politics, philosophy, and economics at Oxford just in case. She was working in London on mergers and acquisitions while going to drama school. Upon graduating she landed a role in Wes Anderson’s The Darjeeling Limited (2007), offering the world a brief glimpse at her ass. Now she’ll have to leave the straight world behind.
