Belgian beauty Émilie Dequenne made a splash the first time out of the acting gate in Rosetta (1999). Not only was it her debut, the perv-formance won Émilie the Best Actress award at Cannes. Critics say she broke hearts in A Housekeeper (2002), but Skin Central disagrees: She broke heart-ons! Wearing a powder-blue bikini and decidedly less in the shower, Émilie’s boobs are nothing to cry about. What’s sad is that this cute brunette only showed her knockers once more, in Mariées mais pas trop (2003). Let’s hope this Belgian doesn’t waffle on revealing more of herself in the future.
