I can't believe that it needs to be explained. The scandal was that the iCloud got hacked, and personal and private photos were accessed, then leaked on the internet. The "scandal" isn't the level of nudity in the photos. (That's just a bonus, an awesome bonus.)
Technically, iCloud wasn't hacked… it was individual accounts that were hacked, often by owners tricked into giving their passwords, or hackers guessing easy passwords.
Why are such lame non nude private photo album posted under Icloud scandal, seriously lame, totally must be moved to Misc. if anywhere.
